HDCP 2.2 Compliance Test for DP Sinks and Sources

17.01.2017 19:50

Unigraf is adding DisplayPort HDCP 2.2 compliance test tool functionality to its UCD-300 Series Test Equipment. This tool is an extension to Unigraf's wide selection of DP compliance test tools and the first CTS test on UCD-300 Series platform.

HDCP 2.2 CTS capability is an add-on feature to UCD-300 debug tool called UCD Console. The tests can be straightforwardly enabled to any UCD-300 installation with a SW update and application of the corresponding license key.

The new tests allow for testing both DP sink and source DUTs. UCD-323 functions both as a Reference Source and a Reference Sink while
UCD-301 functions as a Reference Sink only.

UCD-300 Series devices support both HDCP 1.3 and HDCP 2.2 in functionality testing already now.

A release package containing the new CTS tests is planned to be available during January 2017. Please contact Unigraf for details.
